Spring Is Here!

So spring has come bursting into Michigan! If this rain doesn't stop us farmers are NEVER going to finish planting and my husbands down in the dumps attitude is very depressing! What this weather is good for is making BEAUTIFUL flowers! I am so glad I was able to capture some of the first blooms! On the other hand our cows and calves are not enjoying all this mud but I am enjoying those sweet babies!! Here are a few images I have captured recently!! My first post!

As a new member to the blogging world my posts my be a little rough at first! What I'm hoping to accomplish from this blog is to get my name and small etsy business out there.  I am just a simple girl who works, goes to school and enjoys time on my husband's family farm.  We farm cash crop and raise cattle. I would love to raise other animals such as goats, horses, llama's and other petting zoo type animals but I have yet to convince my husband that this is a good idea!
